We partner with a local farm and our menu is updated to reflect availability. Our ribs, chicken, brisket and other meats are so popular that they may sell out during business hours, or not be featured. All of our meats are smoked fresh and smoking is very long, intricate process that cannot be rushed. Give us a call to see what we are offering! Hi Paul, Thanks for asking! We seat our guests on a first come, first serve basis and don't accept reservations. Hope to see you soon!

The Watkins Glen location is closed for the off-season (November - March) with the exception of special events. The Corning location is open year round.

When I visited in September, they only carried local craft beer. & I believe Miller lite.

Hi - good news! We actually won't be closing up shop after this season. Our hours will cut back beginning November 1, but it will be very similar to last year where we stay open every Thursday - Sunday. Stay tuned for an official announcement on social media soon!

Hi Kathy, we LOVE animals and your pup is more than welcome to hang out on our patio. NYS even allows it as of last summer. We also accommodate your furry pals with fresh water and beggin' strips at their request. I will warn you: the entire staff will ask if petting is allowed.
